BlackBerry Storm

Touchscreen BlackBerry may disappoint users expecting a perfect device, according to updated informationn provided by BGR. Although earlier claims have alluded to a 3G Internet linkup, the initial version of the device known as the BlackBerry 9100 will be limited to slower 2.5G EDGE for wide-area data. In return, the handset will support 802.11a WiFi networks popular with some workplaces as an alternative to 802.11g, according to the tip.

This device has QWERTY keyboard but the software will remain similiar to todays Blackberry operating system. They choose this because they didn't want to redue the entire system.

The release date has been accelerated news of the BlackBerry could come as early as RIM's quarterly results today but is most likely to arrive in the first third of the year, potentially launching as soon as January but no later than April. A report earlier today from analysts at GMP Securities has pointed to a February introduction.

A clean impact

Computer ethics is the analysis of the nature and the social impact of computer technology and the corresponding formulation and justification of policies for the ethical use of technology. Ethics cover both social as well as personal policies for the ethical use of technology. The reason why these are in place is so that everyone who uses a computer is responible about it and keeps to a set of ethics. This will aid the determination of programs and instances of the same program. But in the barrier of coherent conceptual framework too, policy formulation through computer technology will be tough. The distinction and identification of what has to be done, and understanding about the situation are not to be linked with computer ethics.
